August is on a mission to help companies transform into thriving, joyful, productive workplaces. Together, we updated their brand expression, and with it, built a new website to better reflect their leadership and influence in this space. To accompany the new site, we’ve been slowly redesigning some key client and internal tools and materials. See the site at aug.co

The page has a light blue background with minimalist design, black text, and links to sections like Expertise, Capabilities, Insights, Careers, Team & Culture, and Contact. The main headline reads, 'Move from big ideas to lasting change,' with a button labeled 'Transform with August.' Below are three insights sections with article titles: 'Looking at Psychological Safety Through an Equity Lens,' 'Demystifying OKRs: A Training Framework for Leaders & Managers,' and '5 Innovative Tactics to Scale Transformation.'
